Cancellation Policy
If Camp is cancelled for any reason, all ticket holders will be notified immediately and a full refund minus any ticket service fees will be issued.
Extra Excited Early Bird tickets are completely non-refundable.
Cancellations requested on or before April 16, 2025 will receive a full refund. Cancellations requested on or before May 16, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made on or before June 15, 2025 will receive a 25% refund. After June 15, 2025, no refunds will be made.
Registrations may not be transferred to someone else.
